The wrench was 2mm too small but I didn't send it back Precise dimensioning to be improved to avoid mistakes

Used once on a customer's car, then discarded. Poor-quality tool: needs shop paper towels to stop turning. The tool rotates around the filter and even the central square became a little deformed when loosened.
