You sold me silenblocs for X5, which is perfect. I ordered the tool to remove and reassemble them on the same order, but the problem is that the tool is not compatible and you don't have the tool at ..... That's when I think... the person who prepared my order doesn't know ...... To come back to what I told you on the previous questionnaire (old-timers would have seen right away that something was wrong.)
