To guarantee the quality of our carburetors, we strongly advise you to install them with original BOSCH igniters only. Without this precaution, no warranty can be assumed.

Ourreconditioned SolexVW carburetors are sold with exchange, the deposit reference "CONSCAR" is to be added at the time of purchase. This deposit is reimbursed on return of the complete old carburetor, which must be an identical Solex Germany model, not a Brosol.

Our carburetors are equipped with mechanical dampers rather than electronic ones.

Please take particular care when sending back your old carburetor, draining it of its fuel and protecting it with a film.

Original starters, dampers and adjusting screws are preferred for their recognized quality and efficiency. They are therefore inspected, tested and cleaned if kept. However, they can also be replaced by a reproduction model if necessary.

Ordered 2 times and twice the same problem with the throttle shaft which lacks clearance to return to its initial position. However, customer service reacted very well and at my request refunded the item. Hopefully the problem will be solved by the supplier.
