This thermal spacer for WEBER 32-34 DMTL carburetors - Bakelite 8mm is made by MECATECHNIC.
This spacer for WEBER 32-34 DMTL carburetors is machined from an old-fashioned phenolic resin laminate that is particularly stable to heat, cold and contact with potentially corrosive liquids and oils, and will not warp.
A thermal shim isolates the carburetor from the heat generated by the manifold. Prevents deformation of the carburettor baseplate and limits the effects of vapor lock and self-combustion, preventing fuel from "boiling" in the carburettor bowl.
Requires paper gaskets for installation (not supplied).
