These are Water Pump Wrenches used on older GM (Vauxhall/Opel) engines where the water pump is used to adjust the cam belt tension.
These engines also appear more recently in a number of Chevrolet (Daewoo) vehicles. OEM KM421A (J42492)

Essential wrench for correctly tensioning the OPEL Astra water pump (and timing) belt. I'm just sorry that the parcel had to be repaired by the Post Office, which caused a delay in delivery.
