A stone came loose and broke after 30 seconds, even though the setting was at its softest.

I ordered this honing tool to de-ice 2t moped cylinders and it broke on first use (low rotation speed and minimal screwdriver force). I asked the after-sales service for an explanation, but nobody answered. As a result, I lost about ten euros. Add to that the spare stones, which are of no use to me as they are undersized and get stuck in the cylinder transfers.
