The 17 socket is too light: as it's hollow, it deforms and the metal mattes at the first effort. It would have been better to use a 19 socket, for example.

TOOLATELIER sockets and bits for dismantling alternator clutch pulleys, 1/2".

This set of TOOLATELIER brand sockets and nipples allows easy removal of the overrunning alternator pulley , also known as the overrunning alternator pulley . This task can be performed on or off the vehicle.

The principle is simple: it holds thealternator shaft in place while the pulley is removed.
The kit includes a full range of Torx TRX-Star, Spline and hexagon/ hexagon adapters. Ideal for a wide range of vehicles.

These alternator pulley wrenches are specially used for Bosch models and for Renault, VW, Audi, Seat, BMW, Mercedes and Ford vehicles.
