Hinge: KZ80054
Pop-out latch: KZ80411 (old) or KZ80041 (new)
5 screws to fix the hinge to the Pop-out frame: KZ80042
3 screws to fix latch to body: KZ80043
2 screws to secure latch to Pop-out frame: KZ80044
