We undertake to accept every product returned in good condition in its original packaging within 14 days following the customer's request for cancellation. An exchange, credit note or a refund will then be proposed. In the case of a refund, it will be made within 14 days after reception of the returned product.

You benefit from the legal guarantee covering latent defects on all the products which are delivered to you. Furthermore, some of our products benefit from the contractual guarantee offered by the manufacturers, the terms of which are specified on the certificates of guarantee.
