It is possible to adapt it on other amission pipes if the diameter and length allow it.

Depending on your VW's carburetion set-up (year / carburettor / original or reproduction pipe / dynamo / alternator), the carburettor can sometimes touch the dynamo or alternator, as the distance between them varies.
This specially designed spacer raises the carburettor by 26 mm and keeps it away from the dynamo or alternator, which solves the problem in most cases.

This manifold is equipped with double reheating, with a smaller internal diameter than the single reheating model. The VC40302 side pipes cannot be mounted on it (large diameter).

This spacer enables a Solex 31 Pict carburettor to be mounted on a 34 mm intake pipe.

The fuse wire with the flat lug is connected to the coil, and the wire with the round lug is connected to a stud or a screw on the motor plate for ground.
