This resonance system is located between the air guide duct and the air filter housing . At a given engine speed, the resonator optimizes the intake air supply to the engine by creating a slight overpressure in the airbox. The engine is thus optimally supplied. It improves performance at low engine speeds (acceleration) and enhances intake performance.
